Rules of Engagement
All clients are required to sign a
Professional Services Agreement
with dataformat.com.
Scheduling of work is done on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are late
delivering materials your scheduled delivery dates will move forward
accordingly. We usually have a six- to eight-week lead time on larger projects,
but make every effort to turn around smaller jobs on a quick basis. Support
response times are outlined here

Pricing
All development, consulting, and support is billed hourly at $125/hr.
On site consulting is $1250/day per person plus travel expenses.
For projects with a total projected budget of $20,000 or more, a 30%
non-refundable deposit is required prior to commencement of work.
Billing Policies
All work is done on NET 30 day terms. Services are discontinued for accounts left unsettled 60 days or more, with no exceptions.
